We take our trading policy very seriously. We try to describe items clearly and fairly. We try to be as helpful as possible and give as much information as is practical. However, we are conscious that information about such a diverse and technical product range as ours can be misleading. If you feel that our explanations are in any way confusing we apologise, as this is certainly not intended. We welcome suggestions that will help us to improve our clarity.

All suggestions as to use and selection of binoculars are our collective opinion, based on the experience of our staff and customers. If you disagree with us then please let us know.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale all products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against faults in manufacture, or by JM Optics Ltd for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. Please see card enclosed with the product for further details of the manufacturer's guarantee. Any product found to be of faulty manufacture within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be replaced without charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale all products are new and untouched. Those labelled as 'ex-demonstration' will have been out on display on the stand, usually for a period of three or four days. They are still covered by their full guarantee.

Occasionally serviced items or ex-hire items may be offered for sale. These will be clearly marked as such, and will either be sold 'as seen' or may carry a shortened guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Repairs outside guarantee can be carried out at reasonable cost. Please return the product for assessment and we will give you a quote for work required.

Where a price reduction or show offer is indicated, then the higher price shown is that at which the item is currently on offer in the current JM Optics Ltd Price List. Unless otherwise shown, or indicated as a new product, the higher price is the current list price which has been in force for at least 28 consecutive days, or a recent price which will have been in force for at least 28 consecutive days in the last six months. The item may have been on sale at shows at the higher price, or the same or other offer price, and may be offered at future shows at the higher price or the same or other offer price.

Where a price reduction is indicated as a clearance offer, the higher price shown is that at which the item has been most recently offered in the JM Optics Ltd Price List. As some items may not be current, this may not necessarily have been in force for at least 28 consecutive days in the previous six months.

Customer satisfaction is essential to JM Optics Ltd. All our products carry a guarantee against defective materials and workmanship. If you have any problems then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If you have a change of heart after purchasing a product from this website you have 7 days, from the date the parcel arrived, in which it can be returned for a refund.
