How do I find a product?

If you know the product code or the name associated with the product then you can use the search box at the top left of each page. More details about the basic search can be found by following this link: Using the search results page. If you do not know what you are looking for then you can use the product selection search option. This selects the most suitable product from your requirements. How much is delivery?

There is a charge of £5 on orders below £75, there is no charge on orders over this value.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, so if you place an order late on Friday it is unlikely to be posted until Monday morning. Also, during the summer (May to August) JM Optics displays at many shows around the country. These shows are never usually more than four days long but as a result delivery can take longer. We would expect all orders to arrive within 10 days from the date of purchase.

What personal details of mine do you keep?

JM Optics do not see your credit card details: this is dealt with by our Payment Service Provider (Protx). We collect details about your name, address and contact details only for the purpose of delivering your order. Once the order has been delivered your details will be destroyed. How do I return an item?

We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you have a problem with your product then send it back with a copy of the recipt detailing the problem and we will refund or replace the it. More details about our terms and conditions can be found by following this link: Terms and conditions.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order you should send us an email to the following address sales@jmoptics.co.uk explaining that you wish to cancel your order. You should include your order number, name, address and contact details so that we can cancel the correct order. If you have already recieved the product then return the unopened product to us at JM Optics, PO Box 86, Ossett, WF5 0WY.

What about payment security?

The payment pages of the JM Optics website are on a secure server so you are safe from hackers accessing your credit card details while making a payment. You know you are on a secure server when the web address starts with https://..., you will also see a padlock icon
in the bottom right of the screen.
