- Cardholder Name
- This field is mandatory. You should enter the name as it appears on the card you will be using to make the purchase.
- Cardholder Email Address
- This field is mandatory. You should enter your email address. This is so that we can send an order acnowledgement and in case we need to contact you during the order process.
- Verify Cardholder Email Address
- This field is mandatory. This is so that we can be sure you have correctly entered your email address.
- Cardholder Address
- This field is mandatory. This should be the postal address at which the card you are using is registered. If the address does not exactly match that on record your card may be declined.
- Cardholder Post Code
- This field is mandatory. This should be the post code of the postal address at which the card you are using is registered.
- Cardholder Contact Number
- This should be a contact number for the cardholder. If you are having the order delivered to this address then this is usually given to the delivery company to aid them in delivering the parcel.
- Specify a Different Delivery Address
- If you wish to have the order delivered to a different address than that specified above then select the 'Different Address' option and then enter the new details in the fields below.
- Delivery Name
- You should enter the name of the person to whom you wish to have the order delivered.
- Delivery Address
- You should enter the address of the person to whom you wish to have the order deliverd.
- Delivery Post Code
- You should enter the post code of the delivery address.
- Delivery Contact Number
- You should enter a contact number for the person to whom you wish to have the order delivered. This will usually be given to the delivery company to aid them in delivering the parcel.
